All are designed to meet business needs and capacity planning. Our network specialists provide services for either a physical or virtual environment. Training is continuous and many hold MCSE, MSCA, CCNA, CCNP or VCP certifications.

Physical Assessment Service
Examination of the network topography with an inventory document and basic diagrams upon completion.

Network Performance Assessment
This service analyzes current network capacity against current business requirements and business requirements anticipated over the next 12-18 months. Capacity risks will be identified with prioritized remediation recommended. Remediation projects can be initiated as a follow-up project to the assessment.

Configuration Assessment
This service offers a complete review of network configuration and includes a configuration design document as well as the development of ITL based processes and procedures for ongoing configuration management.

Design & Implementation

Network Performance Plan Design
Court Square network consultants utilize the results of a network performance assessment to develop a project plan for improved network design. Results include the identification and recommendation for hardware, software and middleware purchases as well as recommendation of configuration and design.

Network Performance Plan Implementation
An approved network design is implemented by our cross functional team consisting of a project manager and network specialist. In addition to a newly implemented network, the client receives the final network design and configuration documents as well as recommended processes and procedures to keep the network running efficiently.

Network Configuration and Control
Network configuration control is often driven by the need to pass an audit or by a poor recovery after failure. Clients may find users circumventing the configuration control process, or no processes may exist.

Court Square’s configuration control audit thoroughly investigates configuration as well as policies and procedures used to control new releases. ITIL guidelines and Court Square policies are used where no client procedures exist.

Court Square can create a remediation plan based on the audit results and implement a new configuration control plan for ongoing monitoring.
