Gala Co-Chairs
The Co-Chairs of the 10th Annual Building Bridges Gala & Auction Committee provide the overall leadership and direction for the event. Co-Chairs preside over committee meetings; cultivate lead gala prospects; recognize and thank volunteers and donors for their efforts; and work closely with staff and committee members, sharing in the responsibility of hosting a successful event.
Gala & Auction Steering Committee
The 10th Annual Gala & Auction Committee provides overall direction and guidance for this year's event. The committee is made up of volunteers interested in assisting Bridge to enhance the silent and live auctions, expand sponsorship, increase event attendance and brainstorm creative solutions for cost-effective decorating. Committee members work to help ensure a fun, exciting evening for all Gala attendees. The Steering Committee, in consultation with staff, makes decisions through consensus whenever possible.
Gala Honorary Committee
Every year, Bridge honors a community leader whose support and commitment to young people is extraordinary. An Honorary Committee is formed to provide overall direction for the award presentation portion of the Gala. Individuals who have close ties to the selected honorees and can provide Bridge with ideas for the best way to recognize the honoree’s accomplishments are invited to join the Honorary Committee several months prior to the event.
